SJA Entrance Exam Registraton
Saint Joseph Academy currently has two testing date available for the 2024-2025 school year.

Prior to submitting your application, you must take the entrance exam. Once you have taken the entrance exam and submitted your completed application, our Admissions Committe will review your exam scores and application.
Applicants who apply by or before our Priority Deadline, November 1, will recieved an admission decision by the first week of December.
How to Apply
We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application. After October 31, 2023 application is considered late therefore the non-refundable fee will be $75.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
Tuition Assistance
The application for tuition assistance is a separate online application through Facts Management. To learn more about tuition assistance, click here. To apply for tuition assistance, click here. For families applying for tuition assistance, award amounts will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis. The application for tuition assistance is available on November 1, 2023 and deadline is January 31, 2024.
